Who We Are

Cropper & Co are a firm of commercial surveyors – the company was started in 1988 by Stephen J Cropper, who has developed the company over time into a specialist firm of surveyors operating solely within the commercial  property sector. Over this period Cropper & Co has had the opportunity to develop a considerable amount of experience and expertise across a wide variety of industries, from hotel and retail to health, leisure and telecommunications.

Approach

Cropper & Co specialise in assisting clients to expand their portfolios and develop their businesses via acquisition programmes as well as providing ongoing support by way of general professional advice, such as asset management and  conducting rent reviews.

Cropper & Co work closely with their clients and invest the time to fully understand their specific requirements and to customise their approach to suit each situation. The service extends from the identification of the client’s requirements, development of their expansion strategy and the identification of potential sites through to conducting negotiations and the acquisition of suitable sites up to the point of completion.

Background

Background experience includes working with a large number of Plc clients across a broad spectrum of industries.  Cropper & Co have worked with major hotel operators, major cinema operators,  fitness operators, retail chains, fast-food outlets and restaurants, a major communications provider and shopping centre owners.
