Cropper & Co have completed the acquisition of a hotel site above the Westfield shopping centre facing Stratford International Station, for a 267 room Premier Inn hotel. The hotel is now under construction. Update 3rd March 2011: Due to open November 2011.
Premier Inn have just agreed a 25 year lease on a 312 bed hotel in the Quintain Wembley Park scheme. They were advised in the transaction by Cropper & Co.

Premier Inn’s newest City hotel has just opened at Old Street. This hotel, whichCropper & Co acquired for them in 2008, is Premier’s 605th Hotel in the UK. The hotel has 251 bedrooms and a 200 cover restaurant ‘Thyme’ and bar.
Premier’s new 95 bed hotel on Parkfield Street Islington opened on Monday 7th November. Cropper & Co acquired the site for Premier in 2009.
Contracts have just been exchanged with the owners of Hyde House, a former office block at The Hyde, Hendon. The site will be coverted to a 99 Bed Premier Inn with ancillary bar, restaurant and parking.
On 21st September, one week after the official opening and launch of the new Westfield Stratford City complex, Whitbread’s MD, Patrick Dempsey and Chairman Anthony Habgood opened Premier Inn’s newest hotel in a prominent location within the scheme. Cropper & Co completed the acquisition of this 267-bed hotel for Premier in August 2010.
Contracts have now exchanged for a 96 bed Premier Inn as part of the town centre Woolwich DLR redevelopment, to include restaurant and bar facilities. Cropper & Co acted for Premier Inn.
Planning permission for 93 beds received and work now commencing on site at the above site on the Lower Mortlake Road. Site acquired by Cropper & Co on behalf of Premier Inns in 2010.
Construction now commenced on-site for 165 bed hotel. Opening anticipated 2012.
